01 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "viph," "we," "us," or "our"
refers to the viph online casino platform accessible at https://viph.app and all associated services operated thereunder.
- "Platform" means the viph website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related software or services made available to registered players.
- "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the viph Platform in any capacity.

02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the viph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the viph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the viph Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting viph support.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and viph. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. viph recommends that you review this page periodically.
viph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, viph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address remains current and accessible.
03 Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account with viph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of viph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
- You have not previously been excluded from the viph Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account closure for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
Age Restriction: viph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all Wagers voided, and any Balance forfeited. viph may report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities where required by law.
viph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by viph may result in Account suspension pending verification.
04 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on the viph Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the viph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. viph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Notification of Compromise: You must notify viph immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. viph support is available 24/7 to assist with Account security concerns.
- Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)
viph is required under applicable regulations and its obligations under the PAGCOR framework to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. viph may also request verification at any other time at its sole discretion.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.
- Proof of your registered residential address, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number.
- A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as may be requested for enhanced verification purposes.
viph will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. viph reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests where KYC documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or suspected to be fraudulent.
All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the viph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
06 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the viph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
- viph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. viph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
- viph targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and KYC status.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified Account.
- viph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
- Bonus Credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable requirements have been met in full.
viph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. viph is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
viph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. viph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. viph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
- Expiry: Bonus Credits and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods as stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account without compensation.
- Modification and Withdrawal: viph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
08 Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the viph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. viph is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.
- Game Rules: Each game on the viph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a Wager.
- Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure, all affected Wagers and payouts will be void. viph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original Wager amount where applicable.
- Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the viph server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes through viph support within 30 days of the relevant game session.
09 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the viph Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward viph staff or other players.
- Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
Anti-Money Laundering: viph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. viph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the player.
10 Responsible Gaming
viph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. viph recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and takes its duty of care to players seriously.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered viph players directly from the Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and net gaming activity.
- Take a Break: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break, login and deposits are disabled.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or long-term exclude themselves from the viph Platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
viph also monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact players or apply protective measures where such indicators are identified. 11 Intellectual Property
All content on the viph Platform, including but not limited to the viph name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of viph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the viph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from viph.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
- Use the viph name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
Any unauthorised use of viph intellectual property may result in legal action. viph reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viph's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viph Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
- Loss arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
- Loss arising from events outside viph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, or government actions.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude viph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The viph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. viph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
13 Privacy & Data
viph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering with viph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key points regarding viph's data practices include:
- Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
- viph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Personal data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
- You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to viph's legal retention obligations.

14 Termination
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Termination by You: You may close your viph Account at any time by contacting viph support. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Termination by viph: viph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Conduct that viph reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Where an Account is closed by viph due to a breach of these Terms, viph reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, viph will return any verified Balance to the player.
15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and viph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting viph support with a written description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of it being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or Platform operations that fall within the scope of PAGCOR's regulatory oversight, players may also have recourse to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanisms.
